USPS lost my first order. Brian was so gracious to help me and follow up. He had to end up mailing another bottle because the first one just never arrived. The customer service is impeccable and the honey is absolutely amazing! I love that they also send a business card made of recycled paper and wildflower seeds that you can plant to further help bees pollinate!! Keep up the great work yall!

Aside from the fact that this honey is absolutely delicious, the customer service is phenomenal! I had an issue with a recurring order and Will and Brian made sure I got my order (super fast too!) and then checked back to make sure I received it. It’s personalized touches like that (and the cute little plantable cards they send so you can grow flowers for the precious honey bees!) that makes a company really stand out. You don’t get that from anywhere other than family owned and operated business. I definitely will continue to get my honey from here. They’re phenomenal!

This is hands down the very best honey I have ever had!! I used to purchase from costco because I love honey and like to use it in various things. First off, this stuff is amazing! I was subscribed to receive this honey every 3 months or so but I had to cancel it.
